    2.Detailed Job Responsibilities

    • Organize to assume comprehensive and independent responsibility for Design, Estimation and Execution of MEP scope of “Turnkey” Projects, within the framework of statutory regulations, as per specifications issued by clients and consultants.
    • Organize team of MEP Design Engineers for preparation of economical MEP designs for “Turnkey” Projects, along with scope and detailed specifications.
    • Organize team of MEP Estimation Engineers and MEP Quantity Surveyors for preparation of accurate Estimation based upon the designs, along with detailed BOQ.
    • o Organize team of Electrical Engineers and Supervisors to accomplish execution of MEP scope of each project within the budgeted time and cost constraints.
    • Organize to liaise with clients and consultants where required for obtaining relevant approvals.
    • Organize to attend site meetings, record comments and instructions, and fulfill requirements at site as noted by clients and consultants.
    • Organize to delegate specific tasks to specific teams for expeditious accomplishment of assigned tasks of each component of work including concealed/open conduiting, cable laying, casing/capping, connections, fixing of DBs, SMDBs, MDBs, related DB dressing, fixing of all electrical appliances and all Electrical related installations, as well as Plumbing, Drainage, Water Connections, Sanitary Fixtures and apparatus.
    • Organize to obtain approval from clients and consultants for each item before final fixing, for all MEP related items.
    • Organize to obtain approval from statutory authorities for design and specifications, load schedules, single-line diagrams, shop drawings and all relevant records before start of work.
    • Organize to supervise and accomplish completion of works and tasks by each sub-contractor, as per acceptable quality of workmanship.
    • Organize to authenticate running account bills of sub-contractors commensurate with the factual progress achieved on site.
    • Organize to advocate to each member of the MEP team to strictly adhere to defined safety rules and regulations. Safety sign boards may be displayed at strategic locations to be adhered to by all concerned.
    • Organize to make aware each member of MEP team to work under safe working conditions.
